  • Well Drilling

There's no municipal water here so we have to drill a well for our water. We aren't quite sure how deep they'll have to drill to tap into some good water. We are hoping it'll be shallow (inexpensive) but judging from some other wells close by it's going to be fairly deep.

We had Kirk Rogers and his crew from K.D. Rogers Well Drilling do the well. First they drill the well and then line part of the well with a casing. They just keep drilling until we hit water... it's down there... somewhere...

Ah ha! Water.... a little deeper than we hoped but the water is good and the flow rate will be fine. The final depth was 470ft.

The well is cased and capped.
