Septic

The septic field is being put in by the guys at Howard Little Excavating.

First... dig a great big hole.

Here's the truck with the new septic tank. You never realize how big these things are until you see them sitting on the truck.

The first half is in the hole and a sealer is being applied before putting the second half on top.

Here comes top half of the tank.

Down into the hole it goes...

It was a pretty wet day. You see the water starting to fill the hole.

The septic field has been laid out as well. A pipe will be laid joining the tank to the field and then final grading will cover everything up.
