Here's some pictures to give you idea of what things look like inside now that the paint is on the walls. Some pictures still have some construction stuff in them so just try to ignore that. The spots in some pictures are due to a little bit of dust in the air that reflect when using a flash - a common occurance with digital cameras it seems. These aren't intended to be glamorous - there's still lots of cleaning, touchups, furnishing, and decorating to do.

The fireplace in the livingroom and the main entrance. There is a large closet to the right of the entry door. The fireplace mantel still needs to be finished but it's taking shape.

The view down the main floor hallway before the railings go up.

    Main living area.

Main floor bedroom #1. Notice the floor? It's tinted concrete. The concrete gives really nice heat distribution for the infloor heat and retains the heat for a while after heating so the floor is nice and warm. Some day we'll do something else with the floor but it's time to save our pennies for the next phase sometime in the future.

    Main floor bedroom #2.

    Master bedroom.

My office minus the railings. My employer lets me to do some work from home so I'll have a nice place to work now that the office is done.

    Railings in place.

Railings and treads installed on the stairs.
